রিটার্ন রিকোয়েস্ট টাইমলাইন:

টাইগারআইবিডি আইটেমগুলির জন্য, আপনাকে অবশ্যই প্রসবের তারিখ থেকে 7 দিনের মধ্যে একটি রিটার্ন অনুরোধ উত্থাপন করতে হবে। নন-টাইগারআইবিডি আইটেমগুলির জন্য, প্রসবের তারিখ থেকে 7 দিনের মধ্যে রিটার্ন অনুরোধ শুরু করতে হবে।

পণ্য ফেরত:

গ্রাহক ফেরতের জন্য পণ্য ফেরত দিলে গ্রাহক ডেলিভারি চার্জ প্রদান করবেন। পণ্য ফেরতের জন্য tigereyebd.com নিলে গ্রাহক ডেলিভারি চার্জ প্রদান করবেন।

মূল্য ফেরতঃ

ক্রেতা গ্রাহকগণের ফেরত দেওয়া  পন্যটি যদি টাইগার আই বিডি  এর পন্য ফেরত নীতিমালার সাথে সামঞ্জস্যপূর্ন হয় তবে টাইগার আই গ্রাহকের প্রদেয় অর্থ থেকে ডেলিভারি চার্জ বাদ দিয়ে বাদবাকি অর্থ ফেরত দিবে।  পণ্য ফেরত দেওয়ার দশ(১০) দিনের মধ্যে গ্রাহকের নির্ধারিত ব্যাংক একাউন্টে বিকাশ/নগদ/ব্যাংক চেক যেটি গ্রাহকের কাছে অধিক সুবিধাজনক সেই মাধ্যমে ফেরত দেওয়া হবে। 

ওয়ারেন্টি কভারেজ:

রিটার্ন পলিসি পিরিয়ডের পরে ঘটে যাওয়া বৈদ্যুতিন সরঞ্জাম এবং মোবাইল ফোনের সমস্যাগুলির ক্ষেত্রে, দয়া করে পণ্যটি বিক্রেতার ওয়ারেন্টি বা ব্র্যান্ড ওয়ারেন্টির আওতায় রয়েছে কিনা তা পরীক্ষা করে দেখুন। ওয়ারেন্টি দাবি সম্পর্কে বিস্তারিত তথ্যের জন্য, দয়া করে আমাদের ওয়ারেন্টি নীতি পর্যালোচনা করুন।

মনের পরিবর্তন:

রিটার্নের বৈধ কারণ:

Tigereyebd Returns Policy

We understand that sometimes, issues may arise with your order. Our Returns Policy is designed to ensure your satisfaction. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete product at the time of delivery, we're here to help. Please follow the guidelines below:

Delivery Policy:

Inside Dhaka - 5 Days & Outside Dhaka- 10 Days

Return Request Timeline:

• For Tigereyebd items, you must raise a return request within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• For non-Tigereyebd items, the return request must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Goods Refund:
• Customer will pay delivery charge when goods returned  by customer for Refund .
• Customer will pay delivery charge  when goods   take  by  tigereyebd.com for Refund .

Refund Price: 

If the product returned by the customer is in accordance with Tiger Eye BD's return policy, Tiger Eye will refund the customer's payment except the delivery charge. Refund will be made within ten (10) days of return of the product by Bkash/Nagad/Bank Check to the customer's designated bank account whichever is more convenient for the customer.

Warranty Coverage:

• In the case of electronic appliances and mobile phones issues that occur after the return policy period, please check whether the product is covered under the seller's warranty or brand warranty. For detailed information on warranty claims, please review our Warranty Policy.

Change of Mind:

• For selected categories, we do accept returns due to a change of mind. Please refer to the "Return Policy per Category" section below for more details.

Valid Reasons for Returns: You may request a return for the following valid reasons:

1. The delivered product is damaged, which includes physical destruction or breakage, or if it is defective, rendering it unable to function correctly (e.g., unable to switch on).
2. The delivered product is incomplete, meaning it is missing items and/or accessories.
3. The delivered product is incorrect, which includes receiving the wrong product, size, color, a counterfeit item, or an expired product.
4. The delivered product does not match the product description or picture, meaning it differs significantly from what was advertised.
5. The delivered product does not fit, such as when the size is unsuitable.
